Welcome to my website! I'm Lucille Pohl, a hairdresser, salon owner, and certified trichologist with more than 20 years of experience.

Over the years while doing hair for my clients, I've noticed that many of them are concerned

about hair loss and thinning. In fact, over 80% of men and 60% of women will experience some type of hair loss in their lifetime. The reasons for hair loss vary, but for the majority of people, hair loss is a result of the natural aging process, including hormonal changes.

Luckily, there have been many strides in helping people to deal with their hair loss, including both medical and cosmetic solutions.

I received my trichology license in 2017 from the World Trichology Society. A trichologist is a specialist with advanced training in hair and scalp issues. I can help identify the root causes of your hair loss and recommend potential solutions, including supplements and topical treatments with minoxidil, an FDA-approved therapy for hair loss. I can also suggest shampoos and serums that contain natural ingredients like rosemary and saw palmetto. Although these natural options haven't been studied as extensively as minoxidil and oral finasteride—which is available only by prescription—they have shown promising results in promoting hair growth without the concerning side effects associated with prescription hair loss medications, particularly Finasteride. Additionally, I can offer advice on laser therapy and, if desired, recommend a suitable hair enhancement for you.
